Do you really not charge per user?
Correct. Invite your entire company — sales, success, ops, leadership. Seats are always free. Pricing depends only on the total number of contacts you hold across all your workspaces.
How is pricing decided?
You pick one plan (Base / Growth / Scale) for your account based on the total contacts you hold. You can run as many workspaces as you like — one per product, brand or region — and they all share that one plan and one bill.
What counts as a contact?
A contact or lead record. Your limit is the total across every workspace on your account. When you approach it you simply move up a plan.
What does “bring your own keys” mean for cost?
Features like AI replies, calling, transcription, email sync and enrichment run on your own provider accounts (OpenAI, Twilio, Google, etc.). You pay those providers directly at their rates — Geniziz never marks them up or resells them.
Can I run several products in separate workspaces?
Yes. Run a workspace per product, brand or region for clean isolation — they all roll up to one account, one plan and one bill based on your total contacts.
