Every feature, on every plan, for every user

Geniziz is one complete sales workspace. Everything on this page is included on every plan, for every user, in every workspace. Plans differ only in how many contacts you keep.

Leads, contacts and deals

The records your team works in: companies, the people inside them, and the deals between you.

Leads

A lead is a company, with its contacts, deals, files, quotes, projects and one timeline for all of it.

Contacts

Several people per company, each with their own emails, phone numbers, title and social profiles.

Roles read from job titles

"Managing Director", "MD" and "C.E.O." all read as CEO, in English and 24 other languages, with no AI and no tokens. Filter your leads by "has a CEO".

Pipelines and stages

As many pipelines as you sell through, each with active, won and lost stages you name and order.

Pipeline board

Drag deals between stages. Every column shows its total and annualised value, and you filter by owner, close date or overdue.

Deal line items

Price a deal from your product catalogue or with free-form rows, and the deal's value follows.

Custom fields

Text, number, date, single and multiple choice, user, contact and more, on leads, contacts and deals, in the order you drag them.

Smart views

Filter on any field, including "is any of" and "is not any of", save it for yourself or the team, and pin it to the sidebar.

Tags and lists

Label leads and contacts, group them in lists, and filter on both from the top of the list.

Merge and lock

Merge duplicate leads or contacts with everything they hold. Lock a record so no import or sync overwrites it.

Bulk actions

Tick leads, or every lead matching a filter, and enrich, score, tag, list, enrol, merge or delete them in the background.

Find and qualify leads

Fill the gaps in your lead list and know which leads deserve the call before anyone spends an hour on them.

Website enrichment, built in

Enrich reads a company's website and fills the description, emails, phone numbers, social profiles, address, VAT and CVR numbers, website platform and logo. Nothing is guessed: what the site doesn't say stays empty.

AI enrichment

With an AI key connected, the model reads the same pages and adds what the company does, its industry and the people the site names.

AI fills your custom fields

Give a field an instruction, such as "the services this company offers, one per line", and every AI enrichment fills it from the website.

Ideal customer profile

Type a few rough notes about your best customers. AI writes the full profile and turns it into a weighted scoring rubric with disqualifiers you can edit.

Scoring you can trust

The AI judges each criterion and the score is calculated in code, so the same lead gets the same score every time. Score one lead or thousands at once.

Next-step suggestions

On an open deal, AI suggests three or four concrete moves to close it sooner, based on the deal, your profile and the deals you recently won.

Website checks

Find dead and moved websites across your list, update redirected addresses automatically, and delete the dead leads in three clicks.

Email validation

Every address marked valid, invalid or unknown, on import or per contact.

Export, enrich anywhere, import back

Export leads and contacts with the columns you choose, enrich the file in any tool, and import it into the same leads, changing only the fields you map.

Import and migrate

Import any CSV or JSON with a preview first, move from another CRM with the multi-file wizard, or bring everything over from Close with one API key.

Conversations and outreach

Talk to people on the channel they use, from one place, on your own sending infrastructure.

Unified inbox

Email, SMS and LinkedIn messages in one inbox, with drafts, sent, folders, routing rules and a Prospects tab for people who aren't in the CRM yet.

Mailbox sync

Each person connects Gmail or Outlook, or the team connects Missive. Mail lands on the right contact's timeline.

One thread per person

A conversation spans email, SMS and LinkedIn, so someone who emails on Monday and messages on Wednesday is one thread, not two.

Composer

Write from the inbox, a timeline or the command palette, on the contact's channel, from a template, with Write with AI one click away.

Templates

Email and SMS templates with merge variables and attachments. Edit one and every workflow that uses it updates.

LinkedIn messaging

Send and sync LinkedIn DMs through your own GetSales or LeadShark account.

Your own sending

Mail goes out through your own SMTP server or mailbox, so your sender reputation stays yours.

Open and click tracking

Opens and link clicks recorded on each message, switchable per workspace. Click tracking starts off, to protect deliverability.

One-click unsubscribe

Every email carries a standard one-click unsubscribe and a no-login opt-out page, and unsubscribing stops that person's workflows.

Files that know where they go

Mark which proposal goes out by email, SMS or LinkedIn, per contact, lead or workspace. Email attaches it; SMS and LinkedIn send a link that opens without a login.

Enrol leads in the tools you already use

Send leads from the CRM into your outreach stack, from the leads list or a single lead, and see the result in the bell.

Sendr.io, Sendmails.io and Encharge

Every contact with an email joins the campaign or list. A lead whose contacts have no address goes in on the company's own address, under its first contact's name.

LeadShark

Every contact with a LinkedIn profile is bookmarked under the tag your LeadShark automations work.

GetSales

Contacts are created or updated in the GetSales list you pick and started in its automation.

Workflows

The lead's first contact with an email starts the workflow you choose.

Tag on the way in

Add one tag and remove another as leads are enrolled, only on the leads that actually got in.

Workflows and automations

Keep the follow-up moving without anyone remembering to do it.

Workflows

Multi-step outreach with emails, SMS, LinkedIn DMs, waits, manual tasks and branches, sent inside the weekdays and hours you allow.

Reach them where they are

Branch on whether a contact can be reached on LinkedIn, email or SMS, so each person gets the channel that works.

Automations

Rules built on a visual canvas that start when a record changes, a deal moves, a message arrives or is opened, a form is submitted, a webhook calls, on a schedule, or by hand.

Automation steps

Set fields, status, owner and tags, create or merge records, add notes, notify people, wait for a time or for business hours, classify or extract with AI, call a webhook, and start or stop workflows.

Integration steps

Add a person to a Sendr.io sheet, tag them in Encharge, add them to a Sendmails.io list, push them to CloudTalk or validate their email with Reoon, as a step.

Simulate before it goes live

Run a draft against a real record with every side effect switched off and see the path it takes, or replay a past event against today's version.

Ready-made templates

Stop outreach when someone replies, round-robin lead assignment, stale deal nudges, new lead enrichment and overdue task escalation.

Run history

Every run and every step is recorded, so "why did this happen?" always has an answer.

Calls, meetings and calendar

Every call, meeting and recording on the record, without a separate dialer bill.

Click-to-call

Call a contact from their page through CloudTalk. The call and its recording land on the timeline.

Twilio SMS and calls

Text from the composer on your own Twilio number. Inbound calls ring your team or forward, and a missed call leaves a voicemail and a task.

Call Assistant

Recordings are stored with the lead, transcribed with Deepgram or OpenAI Whisper, and summarised with action items, on your own keys.

Meeting notetakers

Fireflies and Fathom recordings, transcripts and summaries attach to the right contact and meeting.

Calendar sync

Meetings from Google and Microsoft 365 calendars land on your calendar and on the lead they belong to.

Team calendar

A month view of meetings and due tasks, yours or the whole team's.

Tasks and team productivity

The next action is always visible, and the team knows where it stands.

Tasks

Grouped by lead with overdue, today and upcoming counts, and split between what you owe the client and what the client owes you.

Action items

Every call, meeting and message summary lists its follow-ups by who owes them. One click makes a task, or a workspace policy makes them tasks automatically.

Goals

Monthly targets for the team and each person, for deals, revenue or calls, tracked on the dashboard.

Dashboard

Each person picks and orders their own widgets: pipeline forecast, tasks, leads, conversations, goals and team activity.

Notifications

A bell that shows only what's unread and updates itself when background work finishes.

Command palette

Press Cmd-K and jump to any lead, contact, deal or conversation from two letters.

Assignment pool

Choose who takes new leads and let round-robin share them out.

Quotes, contracts and delivery

From the deal to the signature to the work you invoice.

Product catalogue

Products with prices and descriptions, reused on deals and quotes.

Quotes

Send a priced quote as a link. The customer accepts or declines on the page, their name, IP and time are recorded, and you're notified.

Contract signing

Send a contract from the lead's files to every signer, yours and theirs. Each person signs with a drawn signature, and everyone receives a certificate tied to the exact document.

Projects

Track delivery per customer: projects with priced tasks, hours spent, due dates and what is still to invoice.

Multi-currency

Deals keep their own currency, and every report, board and goal converts into your reporting currency on daily ECB rates.

AI on your own keys

AI that works inside your CRM, billed by your provider at their price.

Assistant

Ask in plain language, such as "tag every lead scoring over 70 as Primary". It plans the changes, shows you the list, and changes nothing until you click Run it.

Write with AI

Draft a message from a sentence, or refine what you wrote, in any message field.

Summaries

Leads, conversations, calls and inbound messages summarised on your key, only for what arrives after you switch it on, so there is never a surprise backfill bill.

Any provider

Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google Gemini and Azure OpenAI, EU-hosted Mistral, Depaza and Aleph Alpha, or open models on your own hardware with Ollama.

Your AI agent works your CRM

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor once over MCP. It reaches every workspace you belong to, with your role in each, and can search, update, score, message and run bulk actions with the access you grant.

Reports

The numbers managers ask for, without an export to a spreadsheet.

Overview

Calls, talk time, emails sent, deals won, the pipeline funnel and team activity per person.

Activity report

Calls, emails, meetings, notes and completed tasks per person, over any date range.

Period comparison

This period against the last, with the change for every metric.

Opportunity funnels

Count, value and conversion between stages, per pipeline.

Calls funnel

Total, completed and missed calls and their duration over time.

Platform, API and data

API-first, agent-ready, and your data is never trapped.

REST API

Everything in the app runs on the same public API, with prefixed ids, pagination and field selection. Its shapes follow Close's API, so code written for Close ports with little change.

Search API

And, or and not conditions across fields and related records.

Webhooks

Signed deliveries with retries and automatic pause, filtered down to the field changes you care about.

OAuth apps

Register an app that other Geniziz users connect to.

Also in the API today

Scheduling links with a public booking page, a power dialer that works through a smart view, comments with @mentions, custom object types, send-as delegation and phone number set-up. These have no screen in the app yet.

Exports

Any set of leads with the columns you choose as CSV or JSON, or the whole account as one archive.

Your own file storage

Keep uploads in your own S3-compatible bucket.

Privacy and GDPR

Switch it on per workspace. Teams that don't need it never see a GDPR field.

Lawful basis

Record consent, legitimate interest or contract on every contact.

Outreach justification

Require a reason before the first email to a contact.

GDPR timeline

Where a contact came from, when they were enriched, first and last outreach, and unsubscribe, at a glance.

Retention rules

Delete contacts with no activity after the number of months you set. Contacts on a deal are kept.

Right to be forgotten

Erase a person across every workspace they were shared into and get a deletion certificate. Deals stay, without the personal data.

With the region set to EU, opens and clicks are tracked only for contacts who gave consent, and every message records whether it was tracked and why.

Security, teams and administration

Controls that usually cost an enterprise plan, on every plan.

Sealed key vault

Every key is encrypted per workspace and write-only: never shown back, never sent to a browser.

Unlimited users and workspaces

Invite the whole team and run several workspaces under one account.

Roles and permissions

Custom roles, and users who see only their own records.

Contact sharing across workspaces

Keep a person up to date once and link them into sister workspaces, while conversations and deals stay local.

Audit log

Every change with who made it and each field before and after. Export it with a checksum, and keep it as long as you set.

Secure sign-in for apps and agents

OAuth with rotating refresh tokens, and per-endpoint rate limits.

Sign in with Google

Or email and password.

Bring your own keys

Geniziz never resells AI tokens, call minutes, email sends or enrichment credits. You connect your own accounts, pay each provider at its own price, and switch providers whenever you like. Each workspace keeps its own keys, sealed and write-only.

Nothing is required to start. The CRM, including website enrichment, works with no keys at all. Each key you add switches on what it powers.

AI

Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Mistral, Depaza and Aleph Alpha, or Ollama on your own hardware. Powers the assistant, Write with AI, summaries and action items, ICP scoring, AI enrichment and deal suggestions.

Calls and SMS

Twilio for SMS, inbound calls and voicemail. CloudTalk for click-to-call, recordings and pushing contacts. Deepgram for call transcription, or OpenAI Whisper with your OpenAI key.

Email

Your own SMTP server for sending. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for each person's mailbox and calendar. Missive for team inboxes. Reoon for email validation.

LinkedIn and outreach tools

GetSales for LinkedIn DMs, lead import and enrolment. LeadShark for leads captured by your post automations, their engagement history, bookmarks and LinkedIn DMs from workflows. Sendr.io for campaign enrolment, personalised video pages and inbox sync. Sendmails.io and Encharge for enrolment and audience exports.

Enrichment

Scrape.do for websites that block ordinary requests. FullEnrich for email addresses from a LinkedIn profile or a name and website. Logo.dev for company logos.

Meetings

Fireflies and Fathom for recordings, transcripts and summaries.

Storage

Any S3-compatible bucket, so your files live on your infrastructure.

All of it. Every plan. Every user.

There are no feature tiers, only contact limits. Pick a plan and get the whole product.
